The Karen L. Campbell, PhD, Travel Support Program for Fellows is an annual initiative by the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) to support nephrology fellows and PhD postdoctoral fellows in attending the ASN Kidney Week Annual Meeting. The program offers $1,500 in travel support, complimentary registration to the meeting, and the opportunity to mentor medical students, residents, or graduate students through the ASN Kidney STARS Program. This in-person program is named in honor of former ASN Executive Director, Karen L. Campbell, PhD, and aims to foster professional development, networking, and mentorship within the nephrology community.
