Description
This fellowship provides a nine-month residential appointment at the School for Advanced Research (SAR) in Santa Fe, New Mexico, for Native American scholars or writers working in the humanities or social sciences. The program is designed to offer time, space, and a collaborative environment to support the completion of major scholarly or literary projects. Fellows become part of SAR’s vibrant intellectual community, participate in scholarly exchange, and, if senior, mentor junior colleagues. The fellowship includes a stipend and on-campus housing, fostering a focused and supportive atmosphere for research and writing.
