--- ## Description The fellowship provides a nine-month (or, in some cases, semester-long) residential appointment at the School for Advanced Research (SAR) in Santa Fe, NM, designed to give Native American scholars or writers time, space, and collaborative support to complete significant scholarly or literary projects in the humanities or social sciences. Fellows are expected to actively participate in SAR’s intellectual community and, if senior, to mentor junior fellows.
