Description
The Keystone Energy Efficiency Program (KEEP) Home Energy Loan, part of the Pennsylvania Energy Accelerator Program, provides low-interest financing to Pennsylvania homeowners for energy efficiency improvements. The program targets upgrades such as heating, cooling, water heating, insulation, EV charging, smart energy management, and building envelope improvements. Loans are administered by the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) and are available for owner-occupied single-family and multi-unit (up to four units) residential properties in Pennsylvania. The KEEP loan aims to reduce utility costs and make energy-saving home improvements more accessible.
