Description
This grant program, administered by the Idaho Commission for Libraries, aims to help Idaho public libraries build capacity to prepare preschool children for school success. Funding supports library-led efforts to increase access to early literacy activities, resources, and programs—especially for families with limited preschool access or who do not regularly use library services. Projects must emphasize community partnerships, family engagement, and innovative approaches that boost kindergarten readiness and third-grade reading proficiency.
