The Kluge Staff Fellowship provides up to two Library of Congress employees each year with the opportunity to undertake independent research at the John W. Kluge Center. The fellowship is designed to highlight the intellectual resources of the Library to the global scholarly community. Fellows join a vibrant cohort of resident scholars and are expected to produce a scholarly manuscript and deliver a public presentation. The fellowship period is residential, lasting up to six months, during which fellows are assigned a research desk in the Thomas Jefferson Building and are expected to participate in the Center’s academic programs and discourse.
