Description
The fellowship encourages civil engineering graduate students and early-career professionals to pursue advanced education in leadership and management, such as an MBA or related graduate management degree, in addition to their civil engineering background. It is designed for those intending to focus their careers on leadership and management within the civil engineering profession, in either education or practice. Up to two fellowships are awarded annually, supporting tuition, research, and living expenses to help recipients prepare for future executive-level positions.
