Description
The Kosovo American Education Fund (KAEF) provides up to eight annual graduate fellowships for talented Kosovars to pursue master's degrees at select U.S. universities. The program is designed to support Kosovo's economic development by equipping future leaders with advanced education and professional experience. Fellows can choose between a traditional U.S.-based program (including an internship and post-academic training opportunities) or an online program from a U.S. university. Both tracks emphasize leadership development, academic excellence, and a commitment to contributing to Kosovo after graduation.
Fellows benefit from partnerships with over 40 U.S. universities and gain practical experience through professional internships with organizations such as Dell Computers, the World Bank, and the International Finance Corporation. The program is merit-based, independently operated, and funded through charitable contributions.
