Stanford Impact Labs' Lab Funding provides substantial, long-term, and flexible support for Stanford-led research labs focused on delivering impactful social science solutions to pressing societal challenges. This program is designed for teams with a proven record of field-leading research and demonstrable impact at scale, particularly those who have established strong partnerships or engagement with stakeholders beyond academia. The funding aims to enable labs to pursue ambitious research agendas with the potential for real-world change, supporting both ongoing and new lines of inquiry that align with SIL’s pillars of science, impact, and partnership.
