The International Society for Neurochemistry (ISN) Laboratory Exchange Grant supports international scientific exchange by helping young ISN Student and Postdoc Members visit laboratories abroad. Exchanges are intended to develop new technical or conceptual skills, strengthen research collaborations, and bring knowledge back to applicants’ home institutions.
The program funds short-term visits connected to the applicant’s current research project. Visits must last at least 30 days and generally extend to approximately three months. Longer stays may be considered when additional funding is available from other sources. Assessment considers the scientific quality of the proposed work, the applicant’s track record, and the connection between the exchange and their current research.
