In addition to academic study, fellows participate in the French-American Leadership Program—a year-long series of lectures, masterclasses, site visits, and mentorship—providing full immersion in European innovation, culture, and policy. The Fellowship aims to deepen transatlantic academic and cultural exchange, foster future leaders, and encourage engagement with major global challenges including sustainability, health, security, democracy, digital technologies, and AI.
