Description
This program provides general operating grants to strengthen Latino-led and Latino-serving nonprofit organizations across Oregon. Funding is intended to support organizations with at least one initiative in leadership development, wealth building, or educational success, helping them build capacity and deliver impactful programs that empower Latino communities.
