Description
Oregon Community Foundation’s Latino Partnership Program (LPP) supports Latino-led and Latino-serving organizations with general operating funding. The 2026 program responds to organizational sustainability concerns, federal policy uncertainty, and threats to the financial health of community organizations. Rather than restricting support to a particular project, it provides operating dollars to organizations with at least one program aligned with LPP’s priorities.
Those priorities are leadership development, wealth building, and educational success. LPP supports civic engagement and greater Latino representation in decision-making; economic opportunity through housing, entrepreneurship, land, agriculture, and workforce development; and academic achievement from pre-kindergarten through postsecondary education. Review also considers whether staff and leadership reflect the community served and whether organizations have a record of effective, culturally specific work.
