The Novo Nordisk Foundation Laureate Research Grants are designed to recruit or retain top-tier established biomedical researchers, either by bringing leading scientists to Denmark from abroad or enabling exceptional talent to remain in Denmark. The program aims to enhance the Danish biomedical research landscape, encourage collaboration across scientific and geographic boundaries, and address critical societal challenges. Supported research areas include bioscience, basic biomedicine, clinical and translational medicine, endocrinology, and metabolism.
