Description
The Lawns to Legumes program, managed by the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR), is designed to increase pollinator habitat across Minnesota’s residential landscapes. The program offers a blend of workshops, personalized coaching, planting guides, and cost-share funding to help residents transform their lawns into pollinator-friendly habitats using native plants. In addition to individual support grants, Lawns to Legumes includes Pollinator Pathways grants for local governments, tribal governments, and nonprofits to implement community-scale projects.
