Description
The Leadership in Education, Achievement and Development (LEAD) Program is an initiative of the American Urological Association (AUA) designed to support urology residents as they pursue mentored research projects. The program aims to help participants build successful research careers and better serve the urology patient community by providing access to research funding, educational opportunities through the AUA Office of Research, and professional networking via the Urology Care Foundation Research Honors Program and other events.
