Description
The Leadership Academy, offered by the American Association for Thoracic Surgery Foundation, is an intensive, interactive program designed to equip early and mid-career academic cardiothoracic surgeons with essential administrative, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. The Academy features didactic and interactive sessions with a 1:1 faculty-to-attendee ratio, fostering close interaction and mentorship from leading figures in thoracic surgery.
