The Mini-Grants program from the Community Foundation of Elmira-Corning and the Finger Lakes is designed to provide rapid funding for new, small-scale projects that address unforeseen, emergent, or urgent needs within Chemung and Southeastern Steuben counties, New York. The program prioritizes initiatives that could not have been predicted or planned for, emphasizing originality, timeliness, and potential impact. Annual, ongoing, or recurring efforts are not eligible—funding is intended for innovative solutions to immediate community challenges that fall outside the Foundation’s larger grant cycles.
