This program provides competitive sabbatical funding to executive directors (or equivalent leaders) of nonprofit organizations, enabling them to take a two to three month break for rest, renewal, and professional development. The initiative aims to strengthen both individual nonprofit leaders and their organizations by fostering leadership renewal, capacity-building, equity, and sustainability. During the sabbatical, other staff members step into leadership roles, supporting organizational resilience and professional growth for emerging leaders.
