Description
This grant enables employees of publicly funded Idaho libraries to participate in leadership development courses or activities offered by Idaho institutions or organizations. The goal is to strengthen library staff leadership capacity, thereby improving library services to Idaho communities. Eligible activities include university leadership programs, local chamber of commerce trainings, and similar offerings. The grant covers tuition, registration, course materials, and, if travel is required, related travel expenses.
