This grant supports employees of Idaho libraries in attending leadership development courses or activities provided by Idaho institutions or organizations. The objective is to build leadership capacity among library staff, enabling them to better serve their communities. Eligible activities include university leadership programs, local Chamber of Commerce leadership training, and similar offerings. Funds are provided as reimbursement to the library (not the individual participant) after the activity is completed and documentation is submitted. The grant covers tuition, registration, course materials, and certain travel expenses.
