This award, offered by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) Foundation, is designed to foster leadership development among pathology residents and new-in-practice fellows. It provides funding to attend key CAP leadership meetings—including the CAP Residents Forum, Pathologists Leadership Summit, and the Engaged Leadership Academy (ELA). The award aims to enhance recipients’ education and hands-on experience with current challenges in pathology, and to empower early-career pathologists to become effective leaders and advocates within their field.
