The Leadership and Project Development Course, funded by the Hope Foundation, is designed to nurture the next generation of SWOG Cancer Research Network investigators. The program offers intensive mentorship from experienced SWOG leaders, combining an online curriculum with a three-day in-person workshop. Participants receive one-on-one guidance to develop rigorous, relevant clinical trial concepts, with the goal of launching new trials within the National Clinical Trials Network. The course is a cornerstone for building leadership and sustaining innovation within SWOG’s cancer research community.
