Description
Art Bridges Foundation’s Learning & Engagement program helps museum partners develop transformative programming connected to art-sharing projects. It supports work that builds relationships with new and diverse audiences, engages existing audiences in new ways, and creates sustained, meaningful community connections. Creative risk-taking is a priority, including approaches that could transform how museums engage their communities and influence the wider museum field.
The program also supports interdisciplinary activities combining visual art with performing arts, science, technology, and other disciplines to expand access and audience engagement. Funding can support one program or portions of several programs, either onsite at the museum or offsite as part of a community engagement strategy. The Learning & Engagement team works collaboratively with partners to develop ideas and strengthen applications.
