Description
This program supports academic institutions in Europe to organize a series of at least six public lectures by distinguished scholars over one to three years. The primary aim is to promote scholarly exchange, especially in the field of Taiwan Studies, and to encourage collaboration between European institutions and partners in Taiwan. Funding covers transportation, honoraria, and stipends for invited lecturers, with possible limited support for promotion and travel for out-of-town students in special cases. While the lectures' content must be published, publication costs are not included in the grant. Projects focusing on Taiwan Studies or involving Taiwanese collaborators receive priority.
