Description
This award honors the memory of Dr. Leo Lefrançois and is designed to advance the career of a trainee (graduate student or postdoctoral fellow) who submits and presents an outstanding first-author abstract in mucosal and regional immunology at the AAI annual meeting (IMMUNOLOGY2027™). The awardee is selected based on the quality of their abstract, which must be chosen for a Block Symposium (podium) presentation. The recipient receives a $1,000 monetary award and is recognized at the AAI Business Meeting and Awards Presentation.
