    Description

    This program, administered by Washington Headquarters Services on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of War (OUSW), funds non-research cooperative agreements to manage and sustain Department of War (DoW) land in the United States. The opportunity supports projects under the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP), Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP), Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) Program, and the Legacy Resource Management Program. Funded projects should enhance installation resilience, address environmental and conservation objectives, and support military readiness. Example topic areas include demonstration of new technologies, wildland fire management, PFAS remediation, ecosystem management, wildlife and habitat conservation, and compatible land use.
