Description
The LEO Foundation Awards recognize outstanding young scientists whose work makes an extraordinary contribution to skin research and has the potential to advance treatments for skin diseases. The program aims to improve understanding and treatment of skin disease, strengthen the pipeline of excellent dermatology researchers, and give promising talent a boost in their future careers. Awards are offered through open competition across the Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), and Asia-Pacific.
Through a partnership with the LEO Foundation, the International Societies for Investigative Dermatology (ISID) now administers the program as the ISID-LEO Foundation Awards. The collaboration expands promotion and application support across the global dermatology research community, with particular benefits for Asia-Pacific, where administrative infrastructure was previously limited.
