This program, administered by the Florida Department of State's Division of Library and Information Services, provides formula-based grants to support the collaborative efforts of Florida’s five Multitype Library Cooperatives (MLCs). The grants are intended to strengthen resource sharing, foster innovative library services, and improve access to information for Floridians through partnerships among academic, public, school, and special libraries. Funded activities may include bibliographic record enhancement, statewide delivery services, union catalog support, reciprocal borrowing, cooperative reference and collection development, digitization, and technology innovation related to resource sharing.
