Description
This grant program assists Idaho library staff in advancing their professional qualifications by funding enrollment in university or college-level library science courses, including ALA-accredited master's programs, state endorsements, the ALA’s Associate Library Support Staff Certification, and other credit-bearing LIS courses. The goal is to strengthen library services statewide by enhancing the skills and knowledge of library personnel. Funds are provided as reimbursements to the grantee library after successful completion of the course and required reporting.
