Description
The Nevada State Library, Archives & Public Records administers Library Services and Technology Act funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. The program helps libraries strengthen their central roles in communities, improve services for users of all types of libraries, and support statewide library services. Opportunities include Competitive, Mini, Planning/Assessment, and Continuing Education/Travel to Training grants.
Subgrants must advance at least one goal in Nevada’s 2023–2027 LSTA plan: Planning and Assessment; Capacity, Training, and Sustainability; Partnerships and Sharing; or Services and Resources. Mini Grants prioritize literacy and learning, access and services for all Nevadans, libraries as community anchors, and outreach and engagement. Applications undergo peer review informed by community needs, library services, and innovative practices.
