Description
The Life Sciences Paths Program, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), aims to strengthen the life sciences workforce pipeline across Pennsylvania. The program funds partnerships among life science companies, training providers, and educational institutions to create educational and work-readiness opportunities for secondary school students—especially those from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds.
