The Lincoln Vibrant Communities Certificates is a 24-week leadership development program jointly offered by the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and Claremont Lincoln University. The program is designed for individuals or cross-sector teams seeking to deepen their expertise in land policy, community engagement, and leadership. Participants engage in both immersive in-person events and flexible online coursework, covering scenario planning, data visualization, strategic communication, conflict mediation, and policy development. Graduates earn a nine-credit graduate certificate, which can be applied toward further academic credentials at CLU or, in some cases, transferred to other institutions.
The program offers two tracks:
Participants benefit from a national network, expert-led webinars, and practical learning experiences that address contemporary issues such as sustainable data center siting, housing, and neighborhood revitalization.
