Description
This scheme provides funding for early career researchers and advanced doctoral candidates to undertake interdisciplinary research in intellectual history and the history of science, with a particular emphasis on projects utilizing the Royal Society’s collections and those of partner institutions. The grant encourages travel for archival research, relationship-building, and participation in training or networking events, especially for projects intersecting science and the humanities and those relating to Early Modern science or the 17th century. Both UK and international applicants are welcome, with the aim of fostering collaboration and supporting the free movement of scholars across disciplines and countries.
