Description
This grant supports the creation and operation of living labs focused on developing and implementing economically viable strategies to reduce eutrophication from agriculture and enhance water quality. Funded projects will use participatory, interdisciplinary, and multi-actor approaches in real-world sites—primarily small river catchments—across at least three different EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries. Activities include baseline assessment, soil and water monitoring, demonstration of locally adapted practices, and knowledge exchange among stakeholders. Projects must contribute to policy development, enhance soil health data, ensure open access to results, and support the long-term sustainability of living labs.
