Description
The Local Maintenance & Improvement Grant (LMIG) program, administered by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), provides annual formula-based funding to Georgia counties and cities to support the maintenance and improvement of local roadway infrastructure. The program is designed to streamline project delivery, enhance flexibility for local governments, and address critical needs in local transportation systems.
