Description
The Local Share Account (LSA) – Monroe County program, administered by the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) under the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), provides grants to support economic development, community development, and public interest projects. Funding is intended to enhance quality of life and promote sustainable growth in Monroe County and its contiguous counties: Carbon, Lackawanna, Northampton, Pike, and Wayne. Eligible projects may include public interest initiatives, economic development activities, and roadway improvements within twenty miles of the gaming facility in Monroe County.
