The Local Share Account (LSA) – Statewide program, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) through the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA), provides grants funded by gaming revenues to support projects that serve the public interest and improve the quality of life for communities throughout Pennsylvania. Eligible projects must be owned and maintained by an eligible applicant or a Pennsylvania nonprofit entity, and must demonstrate substantial public benefit.
