The Lois Ann Gregory-Wood Fellows Program is designed to honor Lois Ann Gregory-Wood’s decades of service to the American Library Association (ALA) by supporting mid-career library professionals, trustees, or friends interested in ALA governance. The fellowship provides an opportunity for recipients to attend both the ALA Midwinter and Annual Conferences, participate in a mentorship component, and gain a deeper understanding of ALA’s governance structures. The program aims to foster greater involvement in ALA governance and expand the pool of engaged members.
