Description
The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) offers annual operating grants through the HOME CHDO Operating Grant Program to support the capacity and sustainability of certified Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) engaged in affordable housing activities. These grants are intended to help CHDOs cover eligible operating expenses while they are actively developing, managing, or planning affordable housing projects funded with HOME set-aside funds. The program aims to strengthen the ability of CHDOs to sponsor, own, and/or develop affordable housing consistent with the State’s Consolidated Plan.
