The Local Share Account (LSA) – Category 4 Facilities Program provides funding for community improvement and public interest projects within Berks, Cumberland, Westmoreland, and York Counties, Pennsylvania. Established under the PA Race Horse Development and Gaming Act, the program distributes revenues generated from Category 4 licensed gaming facilities to support projects that enhance the quality of life and infrastructure in these counties.
