    Description

    The program offers emerging U.S. leaders a 13-month immersive fellowship in Asia, combining intensive language training, cultural immersion, and a professional placement tailored to each Scholar’s field and interests. The experience is designed to deepen understanding of Asian societies, foster cross-cultural leadership skills, and build lasting professional and personal connections. Scholars are selected through a rigorous, multi-stage process, and placements span a wide range of fields, from public health and the arts to environmental science, law, business, and more.
