    Description

    This call is designed to promote and reward initiatives that harness and enhance diversity within health science research groups and institutes at Danish universities and university hospitals. The Lundbeck Foundation views diversity as a strategic tool to improve research outcomes, foster innovation, and strengthen Denmark’s research environment by attracting and retaining exceptional talent. The grant supports activities such as unconscious bias training, diversity and inclusion workshops, leadership capacity development, mentoring programs, and cross-disciplinary cultural exchanges. The emphasis is on initiatives that create lasting, positive change in research environments, with strong leadership support, sustainability, and measurable impact. Direct research projects are not eligible; the focus is strictly on improving the research environment and culture.
