Description
The Lustgarten-Thermo Fisher Scientific Memorial Award is administered by the American Association of Immunologists (AAI) and supported by Thermo Fisher Scientific. Established in memory of AAI member Joseph Lustgarten, Ph.D., it advances the career of a mid-career scientist who attends the AAI annual meeting and presents an outstanding abstract in immune regulation, through either a podium or poster presentation.
The award emphasizes tumor immunology, regulatory cell subsets, cell regulation in response to tumors, and cell signaling processes related to immune responses to tumors. The recipient will be recognized and presented with an award certificate during an awards ceremony at IMMUNOLOGY2027.
