Description
The M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust offers the Lynwood W. Swanson Awards through its Murdock College Science Research Program (MCSRP). These two annual honors support the program’s vision for the future of undergraduate research at predominantly undergraduate institutions in the Pacific Northwest. They form part of the Trust’s broader support for science research at four-year undergraduate institutions across the region.
The Scientific Research Award recognizes a senior faculty exemplar with an established, productive, nationally recognized research program. The Promise for Scientific Research Award recognizes a junior faculty member demonstrating exceptional potential to establish an exemplary, productive, sustainable research program.
