Description
The LYRASIS Catalyst Fund is an annual award program designed to empower LYRASIS member organizations—including libraries, archives, museums, and related research communities—to propose and pilot creative solutions with the potential for broad community impact. The fund encourages innovation in areas such as digital archiving, open source and open access, diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, climate change, and cross-institutional collaboration. Projects may address emerging challenges, test new approaches, or scale promising concepts to benefit the wider LYRASIS community. Both direct project proposals (requesting funding for implementation) and idea submissions (suggesting issues or needs for potential LYRASIS-led exploration) are accepted.
