Description
The Macon Area Habitat for Humanity Sustainability Fund provides small grants to support ongoing quality of life programs, community revitalization, and sustainable leadership in neighborhoods served by the Macon Area Habitat for Humanity. Established through the Community Foundation of Central Georgia, the fund aims to enable resident-driven projects that address community needs, support homeownership, reduce blight, and foster neighborhood empowerment.
