Description
The Maine Artist Fellowship, administered by the Maine Arts Commission, honors outstanding Maine artists across six disciplines: Fine Craft, Literary Arts, Media Arts and Photography, Performing Arts, Traditional Arts, and Visual Arts. This highly competitive, merit-based fellowship is designed to recognize artistic excellence and career achievement, rather than to fund specific projects. Each year, one fellow is selected in each discipline, receiving an unrestricted cash award, year-long promotional support, networking opportunities, and public recognition through events and digital publications.
