The Maine Sea Grant Program Development Funds provide seed funding for innovative pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives that align with Maine Sea Grant’s strategic goals in research, extension, education, and outreach. The program is designed to encourage new ideas, foster collaboration, and support projects that may grow into larger proposals.
