Description
The Malmquist Moy Herford Resident Travel Awards are administered by Osteo Science Foundation, an independent, privately funded nonprofit organization. The program provides financial assistance for residents to participate in oral and maxillofacial surgery events, conferences, and educational opportunities that otherwise would not be possible to attend. It reflects the Foundation’s commitment to investing in residents’ futures and supporting the professional organization of Oral & CranioMaxillofacial Surgeons.
Support is not limited to the AAOMS Annual Meeting. Past awards have supported Clinical Trials Methods Courses, Dental Implant Conferences, Resident Transitions into Practice conferences, international OMS meetings, Women in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery symposia, and the Foundation’s Bone Symposium. The Foundation has supported more than 314 residents through the program.
