Description
This program is designed to enhance the competitiveness and capacity of small and medium-sized manufacturers throughout Pennsylvania. It funds a network of seven regional Industrial Resource Centers (IRCs), which deliver technical assistance, training, and consulting services to manufacturers, focusing on advanced manufacturing philosophies, new technologies, workforce development, process improvement, and operational excellence.
