The Manufacturing PA Industrial Resource Center (IRC) Program is designed to strengthen Pennsylvania’s manufacturing sector by supporting a statewide network of seven regional Centers. These Centers provide expert guidance and services to small and medium-sized manufacturers, focusing on the adoption of modern manufacturing techniques, technology implementation, workforce development, and business growth strategies. The program’s ultimate goal is to enhance productivity, competitiveness, and economic impact across the Commonwealth by empowering manufacturers with the tools and support needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving industrial landscape.
