Description
The Manufacturing PA Training-to-Career Grant Program is designed to strengthen Pennsylvania’s manufacturing sector by supporting nonprofit organizations in developing and delivering short-term workforce training and career awareness programs. The initiative targets youth and individuals facing employment barriers, aiming to fill entry-level manufacturing positions and raise awareness of manufacturing career opportunities. Projects must be collaborative, involving local manufacturers and regional partners, and focus on either new program development, expansion of existing programs, or general program support. Eligible activities include curriculum development, internships, equipment purchases, shop modifications, professional services, and marketing.
