The Manufacturing PA Training-to-Career Grant Program is designed to help Pennsylvania manufacturers address workforce needs by funding nonprofit-led projects that develop and deliver training, engage youth and individuals with barriers to employment in manufacturing career awareness, and build local or regional manufacturing capacity. Projects may include professional services, internships, equipment, shop modifications, curriculum or program development, marketing, travel, and staffing costs. The program emphasizes collaboration with manufacturers and prioritizes support for populations facing barriers to employment, as defined by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
