This Fulbright U.S. Scholar Award provides an opportunity for academics specializing in marine sciences to spend four months at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) in Spain, focusing on a combination of teaching and research. The scholar will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in marine sciences (in English), deliver lectures, present research in seminars, and collaborate with leading research groups at ULPGC, including the Institute of Oceanography and Global Change (IOCAG), the Institute of Environmental Studies and Natural Resources (IUNAT), and the Institute of Sustainable Aquaculture and Marine Ecosystems (ECOAQUA). The award aims to foster international academic collaboration, enhance marine science education, and promote cross-cultural understanding.
