Description
The MGB Global Health Service Award Program honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment, innovation, and leadership in global health. The program seeks to advance clinical care, education, and research for underserved populations and highlights the value of global collaboration in healthcare. Awards are presented annually in three categories:
- Excellence in Research and Innovation: For early to mid-career investigators making significant contributions to global health research, particularly through in-country partnerships.
- Excellence in Clinical Education and Mentorship: For those who enhance healthcare delivery and clinical capacity in low-resourced settings through education and mentorship.
- Excellence in Global Disaster Response & Humanitarian Action: For individuals advancing health equity and humanitarian action, especially through direct patient care and disaster response.
